  6.     This is a complete re-write from scratch of the old IS utility.
  7.     The dos version is compiled with Borland C++ 4.5 for DOS/WIN
  8.     The os2 version is compiled with Borland C++ 2.0 for OS/2

  10.     I've never used, or seen the source for the original IS.EXE
  11.     but I believe this should pretty much be identical in operation
  12.     to the original.
